So not too much to report for the last couple of days, I'm continuing to count my calories (which seems to be going well, but almost seems to easy). Yesterday I had subway and the day before I had a small slice of dairy queen cake and a cupcake for Callie's birthday and tonight I had bali (sweet and sour chicken pieces, rice, wonton soup and spring roll)....all these yummy foods really make me feel like I'm cheating but if I'm within my calorie, so my question is...does it matter what you actually it or is it mainly the amount you eat? And if you're exercising does it matter?
On a good note, my pants are lose woohoo, so I'm doing something right!
Cheers and have fun!

I think it matters what you actually eat...you know trans fats, and all that kinda stuff.
ReplyDeleteThe only way to loose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. So you consume a lot, then you'll have to exercise, but if you consume less, maybe you won't have to.
ReplyDeleteHowever Sarah if you stop eating or something crazy like that I will walk over there and beat you back into reality.
Good job so far! I'm glad you are still enjoying your sweets in small amounts. Everything in moderation!
