1) Eli's bathtub, we've tried 3 different ones (three different houses) and this one is by far our favorite. He absolutely loves it. It has the perfect sitting/laying angle for him where he can kick and splash and play in the water.
Fisher Price Precious Planet Whale tub. (they even have it in pink for girls) |
2)
To go along with the bathtub and bath time, Johnson and Johnson Night
Time Bubble Bath, Body wash and Lotion combo. It relaxes him so much
that he falls into a deep sleep every night.
3) My sling Carrier by Little Rubi (although I'm looking at possibly learning to make these myself, it looks pretty simple)
So this isn't the same one, but it's basically the same idea. Mine is denim and by a different company but awesome non the less. |
4) My Diaper Genie Elite, I know a lot of people say you don't need one
when you have a child and you're right, it's not a necessity but I
absolutely love it. It keeps the stinky diapers out of the garbage and
until garbage day and you can't even smell that they're around. It even
has a step opener for hands free opening. Love it!
5)
These bibs that I found (but i don't have a picture of I'm sorry) on St.
Joe's Island (that i'm also going to try and make) that are basically a
large tea towel with an elastic t-shirt neck around it. It's super long
and super absorbent so any spit up is caught there and not on the
clothes.
Not the same one but you get the idea. |
6)
My little man sleeping next to me. We try not to let him sleep with us
but lately it's been tough with him wanting the soother put back in his
mouth all the time. So in the mornings around 6 I've been bringing him
in with me and Chris and I love it. When he wakes up in the morning he
looks at me and gives me the biggest smile ever, although I think he's
getting used to it and doesn't want to be in his crib... OOOPS :o(
7) Pinterest. Need I say more
8) This calorie counting site that
helps with weight loss that also has a cool app for your smartphones.
It's called my fitness pal and I used it (when I first started this blog
actually) over a year ago and lost about 25 pds. with it. Now I swear
by it and am using it again.
10)
And last but not least I'm loving Maternity Leave. I love that I get to
spend all this time with my little man and sad that although I still
have 8.5 months left of it, that it'll go by way to quickly. Everyday is
so precious and I wish that I could spend the next 4 years watching him
grow up everyday uninterrupted, until I have to set him free and let
him go to school
